Skilled Nursing Services:
Involves supervisory nursing care inclusive of the around the clock presence and influence of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants. Wound care and other skilled medical treatments may be provided.
Long Term Care:
Continuous nursing care is provided for management of chronic health conditions such as Parkinson’s, diabetes, COPD, chronic heart conditions, or for the total care of a patient resulting from a stroke or other injury.
Comprehensive Rehabilitation through Occupational, Physical, and Speech therapy services:
The primary goal of these services is to help each resident reach and maintain their maximum level of independence.
Nutritional Services:
Registered dieticians design a full meal plan to cater to each resident’s individual needs.
Hospice Care:
On-site compassionate care for pain management and comfort care near the end of life. The emphasis is on caring, not curing. It involves symptom management coupled with emotional and spiritual support. Care is tailored to each individual resident’s needs and wishes, while support is provided to family members and loved ones in the process.
Secured Care Unit (SCU) for Alzheimer’s/Dementia residents:
This unit provides a secure and peaceful environment while maintaining each resident’s dignity and respect.
Continued Support Services:
Social Services Department and Recreational Staff provide support to each resident during all stages of adjustment.

Additional Services

Recreational and Therapeutic Activities:
A wide array of daily activities and social events such as: Casino Trips, Pet Therapy Visits, Music Performances for All, Afternoon Socials, Birthday Celebrations and Snack Times. Lunch Bunch meals from local restaurants are delivered, and Resident/Family Council Meetings are held.
Religious Services:
On-site mass services and Bible study meetings for residents and families.
Care Plan Conferences:
Care-plan meetings are held on individual residents with the entire Interdisciplinary Team to discuss any changes in each resident’s status or level of care.
Specialists:
On-site professional care teams and transportation services are provided by staff to visit specialists.
Support Groups:
Monthly support groups are available for residents, covering various topics.
Housekeeping:
Attentive, professional staff provides daily housekeeping services, laundry services, indoor maintenance, and 24-hour security to each resident.
