Heritage Manor of Mandeville opened its doors in 1993 to serve the community of St. Tammany Parish and surrounding areas. The facility’s primary goal has been aimed at providing exceptional health care ranging from long-term placement, specialized care for residents with Alzheimer’s related dementias, nursing and rehabilitative care consisting of physical, speech, and occupational therapies for those with short-term stays, and restorative therapies to qualifying residents that demonstrate a need.
